It is very central as it is in a building located in the corner of Neptuno and Aguila streets, just 4 block away from Prado Avenue and the Central Park. The house has a luminous living and dining room with TV set and a refrigerator. There are 2 rooms for rent with 1 double bed each and there is also a third available bed. Both rooms has airconditioner (split in one of the rooms), and large windows with very nice view of the city and the ocean. The aparment has only 1 bathroom for both rooms; that’s why if you rent only 1 room the otherone will be closed. There is available kitchen with stove, casserole, blender and coffee maker. There is available telephone and cold and hot water. The owners can come and prepare breakfast for you as well as dinner.
