This is a fresh casa particular located in a central but quiet area of Vedado. It is located nearby Linea street and Paseo avenue and 500 meters away from 23rd Avenue and also form Malecon (Havana promenade).
The building was built in 1948 and it still preserve the original style. The casa has a large living-dining room, very fresh and luminous, with an annexed terrace. There are rocking chairs in the terrace where you can enjoy the sun in the morning and the fresh air in the afternoon and night.
There is one double room for rent with private en-suite bathroom and cold and hot water. The room has large windows, air conditioner (split) and fan. It is a very fresh bedroom even in summer. Just beside the room there is an access door to the roof terrace, which is the most attractive and comfortable place in the house. There you can have breakfast, read a book or enjoy the breeze and the sunrise and sunset.
The owners of the casa, speak fluent English, French and Russian besides Spanish.
