Description
This is a nice neocolonial casa located in 3rd floor with three bedrooms for rent: one room with 2 double beds and the other one small room with one double bed.
Also there is another double room with private bathroom en-suite (hot and cold water 24 hours a day).
If you are friends or family you will shared a bathroom. Otherwise, if you need just one bedroom, the bathroom will be just for you and the other room will not be rented.
The rest of the casa is sharing with cuban family. here are only 2 people living there and they also have their own bedroom and private bathroom.
The casa has a nice terrace with a great view and is located just in Old Havana, right on the famous avenue promenade (Paseo del Prado or Paseo Marti) and in front of Sevilla Hotel.
The casa owner (Dr. Julio) speaks english and is very friendly and always willing to help you in anything you need.They also offer a good breakfast (client request and extra price).
