It is located one block from Prado and three blocks from Malecon and few blocks away from the Capitol. Colonial style house, structured with two floors in a building of three, with exclusive entrance from the street. It has two rooms and 4 balconies and is very bright house. At the moment there are 5 rooms with different sizes. Each room has a private bathroom with hot water, modern A/C and fan. Breakfast and meals, are described in menus present in all rooms. The food is Cuban or Italian style. The staff of the house has a maid for cleaning, an employee for maintenance and Barbara and Francesco owners who have three years of experience working in Cuba, six years in Italy and ten in Costa Rica where they use to managed a small hotel with 12 rooms and also Francesco has 5 years experience working at a resort Marriott. Francesco speaks Italian, Spanish, English and French. Barbara and Francesco lives with their son, Yamil 19 years, painter and sculptor and haunting the National Academy of Fine Arts.
