High comfort, private, totally furnished with two double rooms, with air conditioning and ceiling lamps-fan, pleasant and very ventilated. A wide bathroom with cold and hot water 24 hours, the same in the whole house, by means of a central electric heater.
The Apartment has living room with TV, music system, DVD, safe-deposit box, and telephone. Pleasant dining room, kitchen completely equipped. The same one has view to the exterior through windows. Besides a balcony with ornamental plants.
The change of bedclothes, towels and daily cleaning is included in the price. If you want laundry service you may request it.
